Annual Dinner

About the Annual Dinner

Every April, TAS holds its Annual Dinner at the Ramada Inn in Topeka.  Attendees enjoy an evening of socializing and entertainment. The evening includes a gourmet meal and a special speaker. You do not have to be a member of TAS to attend the Annual Dinner.

Business Meeting

This will include election of Board of Directors and TAS Officers for 2020-21.

Dinner Menu

Italian Buffet Dinner including classic Caesar salad, marinated tomato and cucumber salad, Italian sausage and roasted red pepper ziti, creamy fettucini alfredo, garlic olive oil sauteed green beans, shaved parmesan cheese, garlic bread.  Desert: tiramisu.  Beverages: iced tea, water or coffee. 

Photo Contest Fundraiser

Looking at bird and nature photos is a fun way to spend some time socializing before dinner.  We have some fine photographers in TAS.  Bring no more than five (5) of your best photos to the annual dinner.  We will put them on display and set a tip cup near each photo.  People may vote for their favorite by putting cash in the cup.  At the end of the evening, we will see which photo was the crowd favorite by counting the cash.  Feel free to swing the voting toward your favorite with as many $$$ as you wish.  This contest is for fun and for fundraising.  Photographers will keep their photos and only gain bragging rights if they win the contest.  All proceeds go to Topeka Audubon Society operating expenses. 

Registration

The cost is $30 per person which includes dinner and the program.  The cost is $10 for the program only.  Make checks payable to: Topeka Audubon Society and send it to:
